General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of Application
These GTC apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply, unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.
4. Prices & Shipping Costs
The prices stated at the time of the order shall apply. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Within Germany, we offer free shipping on orders of 300 EUR or more (provided this is displayed accordingly at checkout).
5. Payment
The following payment methods are available: PayPal (including card payments) and credit card.
6. Delivery
Depending on the product and availability, delivery is made from an EU warehouse (Germany) or through our logistics partners. The estimated delivery time within Germany is usually 3–5 business days (unless specified otherwise in the product description).
7. Pre-Orders
Certain items may be offered on a pre-order basis. In such cases, the estimated availability will be indicated in the product offer or at checkout.
8. Retention of Title
The goods shall remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Age Verification (18+)
Our products are intended exclusively for adults of legal age. An age verification check may take place during the ordering process, at payment, or upon delivery. Orders by minors are strictly prohibited.
10. Rejection / Cancellation
We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to suspicion of misuse, failed age verification, payment issues, or violations of statutory regulations.
